I had a look at my list and had a few extra things but I like to hunt late in the year and am ussualy in snow. My main comment is the soft pack. I have back packed out a lot of meat including sheep. I tried a pack like yours and it didn't work that well for packing meat. Heavy loads seem to pack better with a frame and it is much easier to tie the skull and horns to a frame. A light pack of 45 to 60 lbs. works ok with an internal frame but packing out meat and camp gear can push up to 120 lbs and it is much easier to control the weight with a external frame.

Your pack doesn't seem to leave much room for 75lbs of boned meat, 25 lbs of horns and cape. i hate making extra trips.

Game bags for meat.

I've found the sheath knive and leather sheath excessive a small 3 inch folder and diamond or carbide sharpener works fine.

Hacksaw blade instead of the saw works on sheep bones and skull.

Firestarter seems unecessary when using stove for cooking MT House meals.

Does the Sony handi cam take digital stills too? if so could eliminate the still camera.

What are all the AA bats for? 3 AAAs last a whole hunt in the headlamps.

I reuse 5l bladders from boxed wine for bulk water storage in camp.

Carbon fiber hike stick is latest light weight addition, ultralight and very handy.

Just a couple thoughts from an Alaskan Sheep hunter.

Good hunting to you
